What Is Juvenile Batten (CLN3) Disease?

This blog contains the scientific information: Juvenile Batten disease first causes blindness, then seizures, dementia, and mental and physical regression until the child loses the abilities to talk, walk, and swallow, until they are bed ridden and succumb to the disease in their teens to 20s, on average.
