Grass-fed tallow, castor oil, beeswax, herbs and essential oils peppermint, wintergreen, and clove bud blend into a silky, multi-purpose vapor rub perfect for aiding coughs, congestion, body aches, pains, cramps, and headaches. Simply massage onto chest, neck, forehead, or wherever "ails you". I personally like to rub it onto the nose when sick to not only allow the smell to relieve congestion, but for the replenished moisture on dry, tissue-wrecked skin.

My son recently developed some sort of dermatitis on his hands and decided to take it upon himself to put “What Ails You?” Ointment on it, without consulting with me first (thank God all these products are safe 🤦🏻♀️). My whole family has used What Ails You nightly. When I tell you that one application before bed has given restful nights, opened nasal passages, and eased muscle aches caused by coughing, I MEAN IT ALL!
