My entire family uses this to help sleep at night. My husband was skeptical but now he asks for it every night. My daughter wakes up often with leg cramps (growing pains) and has done so since she was a tiny baby. Usually I have to give medicine to get her to sleep. I have been able to cut the medicine almost completely by putting a little more on when she wakes up crying. Don’t sleep on this cream but be prepared for some wild dreams because you are in such a deep sleep! 🤣
