How to Use:
Not for children under 1. Take 1 spoonful as needed for sore, scratchy throats or when you feel a sickness coming on. Can be consumed daily as an immunity boost. Given it is natural and safe, there is no “too much.” Enjoy by the spoonful or stirred into warm water or tea.
 
If the honey begins to crystalize, simply sit the jar in a warm water bath until it liquifies again, ensuring no water gets into the jar.
